1099 Forms Being Sent by PayPal

Sell a bunch of stuff on eBay? Think you don't have to pay taxes on those sales? Think again. Dang IRS.

    Yo had to have 20,000 in sales AND 200 transactions to to get a 1099 from Paypal. At least that is what I read somewhere.
