I found it at Sportlots for $10.85 shipped.
I have now replaced 2 of the 7 missing cards.
At just /25 copies of each, tracking them down is quite a task.
Paul's Coins & Cards in South Bend Indiana does not sell cards anymore. I was in the area today. I stepped into a clean, well stocked coin shop that I found on the web.
"No sportscards?"
"Got out of it six years ago. Too much dead inventory", said the owner.
"Anyone in the area sell cards?"
"Just some fella over in Mishiwaka. Premiere Collectibles. He might still be into it."
Every once in a while, I think about how I would like to give a card shop a go. And then I come across a situation like this, and I go back to my sewing machine store.

Welcome to my world. I live in the South Bend area and the only "card shop" is the one you mention above at the UP mall. And it sucks! I believe I've talked about that shop before on my blog.
ReplyDeleteMy cousin and I always grew up talking about opening a card shop. Now I try to get him to move back up here and open one just because there isn't one good place anywhere close.
