A Post You Gotta Read (You and Topps That Is)

Dan over at Grand Cards has a piece about the plethora of baseball card sets, and the crappy way they're released by Topps. I have thought about the release schedule, but out of laziness, or lack of zeal for collecting right now, or just plain being busy with other stuff, I have not voiced my concerns. Dan nails it in my opinion. His piece is a must read. Check it out.

    You can't really describe that card better than "Masterpiece" or "Stroke of Genius," what a great auto!

    Hey did you recently ebay a verlander masterpieces framed parallel from that set? I feel like I was bidding against you (I remember you posted that you were going after the rainbow a while back) and lost the auction even though I kept bidding it up.

    The only one that I got recently was the jersey card. I know Joe C. recently nabbed one /50. Probably was him.
