Who Green-Lighted This Goodwin?

I picked up two packs of 2011 Goodwin today. I got this Barry Sanders card. Yes!, a Barry.
I know this years edition of Upper Deck Goodwin has a bit of an off the field feel to it. But how in the world did they think this image of the greatest running back ever was cool in any way?
Sitting at his locker reading? Terrible. At least it's a mini parallel.

    It's better than the Mike Schmidt, where he looks right out of a 1970s porno.

    I think the real question is who told Barry Sanders he can read? Maybe it's a picture book. We all know football players can't read.

    It fits right in with the rest of the 2011 Goodwin. I think all of it is terrible.
