Thanks

I am thankful for many things. Today I am very thankful to our military. The men and women that give their time, energy, and risk their lives. They selflessly work to protect our freedom. Thanks 'sew' much!

As a Detroit Lions fan, I am thankful that my team gets to play today. Since 2000, the Lions have won twice. With Barry Sanders carrying the rock in the 90's, the Lions won 7 times. I hope today's game is competitive.

Thanks to all the fellow bloggers, fellow collectors, and readers of my blog. You all have given me an outlet to share and enjoy my sportscard hobby. Dozens of boxes and shelves full of binders were just sitting down in the basement doing nothing.

It's hard to rank the things I am thankful for. Number one is easy. The sewingmachinegal is numero uno. It's not even close. I married the lady 10 years ago. At that time in my life, I was kind of wallowing away in the game of life with no real direction or purpose. She came in

to my life, and I knew that I could not be with such an incredible woman until I became a good man. She inspired me to be better. She let's me have my fun with this hobby too. Thanks sweetness, I love you.
