Talk about a gasbag...

According to some moron over at NBCNew York.com, CBS is making a huge mistake by airing an anti-abortion ad during the Super Bowl. You can see the whole article here.

I am all for the American way. Live and let live. But, how is an ad for saving lives a bad thing?

I bet this jackball wants more porn-ish GoDaddy ads.

  1. You know, that's a good point. For example, something I've never gotten about PETA is that, according to their ads, the best way to defend animal rights is to produce soft core porn. Now I'm all for animal rights, but I find it hard to believe the best way to promote that cause is to enlist a bunch of naked starlets. For that reason alone a good number of women I know (compa included) can't stand PETA.

As for the Tebow thing in particular, despite the fact I'm pro-choice I couldn't care less about his ad. Like you said, at least it'll break up the monotony of the smut some of those commercials are pushing.

  2. If this is an anti-abortion ad, as some are saying, then it's a political ad. I don't remember us having problems with airing political ads. I certainly see enough of them.

  3. Wow, a bunch of men telling women what to do with their bodies. Hitler would have loved it - he opposed abortions for German women.

  4. There are a bunch of women, urging other women, to not kill babies.
    Being Pro-Life is Nazi-ish...wow.
